• Our compassionate and professional staff can arrange an audio-visual presentation that highlights your departed loved one’s life.

• We can also incorporate their favourite flowers and arrange for their favourite music to be played during the funeral service.

• We encourage family and friends to participate in the singing of hymns, religious readings and the eulogy. This may uplift the mood during the service and may help everyone cope with grief.

• If the deceased was a member of any clubs or associations, the members or their representatives can attend the service to pay their respects to your loved one.

• For ex-service loved ones, we can arrange for an RSL Service or for the Australian Flag or Service Ensign to be placed on their coffin, and/or a guard of honour.

• Family and friends are encouraged to gather and share fond memories of their departed loved one after the funeral service. While this can be an emotional period for everyone, reminiscing special moments with others who knew the departed can be another method to help manage grief.

• Hand out memorial cards as a special memento for those attending the memorial service.
